This is an active schooling tetra, usually seen swimming in the top half of the aquarium. They are fairly adaptable to varying water conditions, including moderately hard alkaline water. With their transparent bodies and bright red tails, the Glass Bloodfin makes an interesting addition to any community aquaria containing similar sized peaceful species. Grows to 5-6cm.
